AL-MAS SELF DRIVE CARS

SECURITY DEPOSIT

  • ₹5,000 Security Deposit (if you provide a Two-Wheeler as security).
  • Otherwise, a ₹10,000 Security Deposit is mandatory.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  • Original Driving Licence.
  • Original Aadhaar Card.
  • Your own Two-Wheeler must be provided as security.

RENTAL PAYMENT

  • The full rental amount must be paid in advance based on the number of days booked.

VEHICLE DAMAGES

  • Any scratches, dents, damages, or missing accessories found at the time of return will be deducted from the Security Deposit.

VEHICLE CLEANLINESS

  • The vehicle is handed over in a clean, water-washed condition.
  • It must be returned in the same condition.
Cleaning Charges:5 Seater: ₹5007 Seater: ₹600

FUEL POLICY

  • Return the vehicle with the same fuel level (Petrol/Diesel) as received.
  • If the fuel level is even one bar lower, a ₹500 charge will be applicable.

RETURN TIME

  • The vehicle must be returned at the exact time mentioned in the booking.
  • A 30-minute grace period is allowed.
  • After the grace period, an additional 4-hour rental charge will be applicable.

KILOMETER LIMIT

  • 150 KM / 12 Hours
  • 300 KM / 24 Hours
Extra Kilometer Charges:
5 Seater — ₹5 / KM7 Seater — ₹7 / KMTHAR — ₹7 / KM

TOLL CHARGES

  • Toll charges are to be paid separately by the customer.
  • If an Annual FASTag Pass is used, ₹75 per pass will be deducted from the Security Deposit.

DELIVERY & PICKUP POLICY

  • Delivery & Pickup Charges are applicable separately and will be based on your requested location.
  • If you opt for Home Delivery, the Kilometer Reading (KM) and Fuel Level (Petrol/Diesel) will be calculated from our Parry's Office (Chennai) until the vehicle is returned to our office.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Any scratches, dents, damages, missing accessories, traffic fines, or policy violations will be charged and deducted from the Security Deposit.
