Important Package Rules & Policy Guidelines
- Speed Governor Restrictions: In compliance with Chennai motor guidelines, all self-drive rental vehicles are structurally limited to a maximum speed limit of 80 km/hour.
- Toll Booth & Parking Charges: All national highway toll fees, Fastag deductions, parking clearances, and boundary entry taxes are the sole responsibility of the renter.
- Fuel Policy (Like-to-Like): Return the vehicle with the equivalent fuel level as recorded at pickup. Shortfalls are deducted directly from security deposits based on standard fuel station pricing.
- Damage Liability Cap: In case of an accident, maximum user liability is capped at the basic security deposit amount, provided the driver is verified and not under the influence of alcohol.
