  • Assurity Vehicle Details: As part of our mandatory assurity requirement, we collect documents and details pertaining to the personal vehicle you leave with us (e.g., RC, insurance, and vehicle photos).
  • Contact Details: Full name, phone number, WhatsApp coordinates, email address, and residential address.
  • Trip Logistical Details: Preferred rental vehicles, travel duration, delivery/pickup locations, and estimated travel distances.

2. Use of Collected Data

Your information is strictly used to facilitate a secure rental experience and uphold our service agreements. We use this data to:

  • Authenticate driving license statuses and verify your identity.
  • Register and secure your assurity vehicle details for the duration of the rental period.
  • Process the mandatory ₹5,000 security deposit and coordinate UPI/bank transfers.
  • Calculate necessary adjustments against your deposit for FASTag tolls, extra kilometres (beyond the 300 KM/day limit), fuel shortages, cleaning charges, or vehicle damages as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
  • Send critical reservation details, breakdown assistance, and invoices directly via WhatsApp.

3. Document Security & Storage

All driving licenses, passports, and assurity vehicle documents shared via our portals or secure WhatsApp threads are processed on encrypted storage servers. We enforce strict digital access boundaries, ensuring zero leaks. Documents are securely archived solely for the purpose of active bookings and deposit refund processing. Under no circumstances do we sell or lease customer demographic data to third-party marketing services.

4. Boundary Limits & Cookies

Our website uses minimal local session tokens and analytical cookie configurations to preserve user interface preferences (like filter settings and form inputs), optimizing browser render speeds.
